How to submit a piece of content for approval

1. Content from the Google Drive content library is pre-approved and can be used without written approval.

2. If you want to use content not on Google Drive, Jack must approve it in writing.

3. To request content approval, please email jack@calculatedperformance.co.uk and attach the content along with the intended caption. Include emojis and hashtags in the caption as you would use them in the actual post.

4. For large files such as videos, use WeTransfer to generate a download link and include it in the email for approval.
