1. Navigate to Coaching Hub
2. Click "Head Coach Portal"
3. Click "Clients'
4. Click "Client Communication" and select the "Inclement Weather" message
5. Toggle the "Are you a franchisee?" on
6. Enter your franchisee details
7. Complete the form
8. Click "Send Inclement Weather"
9. Once completed the client will be emailed an email like this:
